The sexual abuse of a child is something that occurs across all ethnic and socio-economic boundaries. The abuse often goes undiscovered because the child is afraid to talk about it. There are signs you can look for though. The presence of a single sign does not prove child abuse is occurring in a family; however, when these signs appear repeatedly or in combination you should take a closer look at the situation and consider the possibility of child abuse.
Los Angeles teacher arrested for sexually abusing “at least 20 children”

A former Los Angeles Unified School District employee was arrested Wednesday on charges that he sexually abused “at least 20 children” and one adult co-worker, KTLA-TV reported Thursday morning. Police launched an investigation last year after two alleged victims came forward claiming that 57-year-old Robert Pimentel, who’s worked for the district for nearly 40 years, sexually touched them both over and under their clothing.
